Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website property.linkle.vn, using the API, or using the Linkle Property CRM app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service is provided by Linkle for real-estate agents and consultants in Vietnam.

2. Accounts

• You register / sign in with email and password; authentication may require an OTP sent by email.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Registration information must be accurate. Do not create fake accounts or act on someone else’s behalf without permission.
• You may delete your account in the app. Deletion may remove CRM data tied to the account (listings, leads, calendar, and similar) under our current process.

3. CRM and Landing Pages

Linkle Property CRM provides tools to manage property listings, leads, calendar, and public Landing Pages (including Gen AI marketing copy generated from listing data).

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and currency of all listing content, photos, prices, and descriptions you post.
• When you enable a public link, the Landing Page may be indexed by search engines and shared publicly. You decide when to turn it on or off.
• Inquiries from the Landing Page form create leads in your CRM; you are responsible for handling those leads in line with the law and your agreements with clients.
• Gen AI content is assistive only; you should review it before publishing.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Posting illegal, deceptive, or third-party-rights-infringing content.
• Abusing public forms, spamming OTPs, attacking, or disrupting the system.
• Collecting other people’s data through the service without permission.
• Copying, reverse-engineering, or exploiting the service beyond the permitted scope.

5. Free / Pro plans and payments

The service includes a Free plan (limits on listings, leads, photos, and Landing Pages) and a Pro plan (higher limits, currently about VND 149,000/month when purchased through the app stores — the price may change as shown on the App Store / Google Play).

• In-app transactions follow Apple / Google terms. Refunds, if any, follow the relevant store’s policy.
• Linkle may adjust plan limits or features; material changes will be reasonably announced on the website or in the app.

6. Intellectual property

The software, Linkle / Linkle Property CRM trademarks, design, and documentation belong to Linkle or its licensors. You retain rights in the content you upload (listings, photos, notes) and grant Linkle a license to process that content to operate the service (including displaying Landing Pages and generating assistive Gen AI content at your request).

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. Linkle does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on Landing Pages is based on data supplied by agents; Linkle is not a broker or property owner in your transactions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linkle is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, or from content posted by you or third parties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; if that fails, courts of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam will decide.
